Refunds Policy (Workshops):

If you are unable to attend your workshop no refund will be offered unless 7 days notice is given ahead of the event.

In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled we will offer a refund or a credit.

Refunds will be made to the card used for payment

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of request

Request for refunds should be completed in writing by email

Refund policy (Goods)

Where goods are faulty, an exchange product or refund can be offered.

When ordering online a full refund can be claimed up to 7 days after purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required.

These do not affect your statutory rights.
